
Course Description:
This training programme is tailored for young volunteers who want to develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to contribute meaningfully to their communities through digital and socially impactful volunteering. Composed of seven engaging modules, it offers a practical, experience-based approach to personal development, teamwork, communication, and social innovation in the volunteering context.

– Understand leadership in volunteering, explore different leadership styles, and foster autonomy and self-reliance in community involvement. -
Flexibility and Innovation
– Use digital tools for remote collaboration, master netiquette, and learn how to propose and negotiate innovative solutions in changing contexts. -
Management and Organisation
– Acquire strategies to manage time, motivation, and priorities. Learn about teamwork tools, group dynamics, and ways to contribute to organised volunteer projects. -
Teamwork for Volunteers
– Discover the foundations of teamwork, conflict resolution strategies, the power of inclusivity, and the importance of emotional intelligence in teams. -
Interpersonal Communication
– Develop key communication skills including active listening, feedback techniques, and both verbal and non-verbal strategies to strengthen collaboration and trust. -
Social Entrepreneurship in the Field of NGOs
– Gain a basic understanding of social entrepreneurship, how to build sustainable NGO projects, and how volunteers can contribute to long-term social and economic impact.
